Hour of Code is a global movement impacting tens of millions of students in 180+ countries. Anyone, anywhere can participate at the Hour of Code. This year DSBN students will be joining millions of youth worldwide for the Hour of Code, during Computer Science Education Week (Dec. 7-13).
Did you know that in today’s economy, computing jobs outnumber students graduating into the field by 3-to-1?
Every Niagara 21st-century student should have the opportunity to take part in creating technology that’s changing our world. The basics help nurture creativity and problem-solving skills, and prepare students for any future career.
Every hour of code exposes the students to fundamental computing concepts on a level playing field, starting with the earliest learners, inspiring today’s generation of students to build technology.
